  "text": "(1) Regulation 13(1)(a) of the principal Regulations is amended by substituting —\n(a) for the words “1st July 1991” the words “1st September 1992”; and\n(b) for the words “31st August 1991” the words “31st August 1993”.\n(2) Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations is amended by substituting for the Table—\n“\nTable\nAge\nLondon\nProvinces\nPart I—pay from 1st September 1992 to 31st August 1993\nUnder 17 years\n£5,220 a year\n£4,413 a year\n17 years\n£5,490 a year\n£4,683 a year\n18 years or over\n£6,018 a year\n£5,211 a year\nPart II—pay from 1st September 1993\nUnder 17 years\n£5,286 a year\n£4,479 a year\n17 years\n£5,559 a year\n£4,752 a year\n18 years or over\n£6,096 a year\n£5,289 a year\n”.",
