Regulation 3
In these Regulations any reference to the Instrument of 1973 is a reference to the Police Cadets (Pensions) Regulations 1973f1 and any reference to the old cases Instrument is a reference to the Police Cadets (Pensions) Regulations 1971f2, as amendedf3 and in so far as they continue to have effectf4.
