# The Police Cadets (Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1979, Regulation 3


The Police Cadets (Pensions) Regulations 1973, as amended, shall have effect—
(a) from 24th January 1975 subject to the amendments specified in Part I of the Schedule to these Regulations;
(b) from 1st April 1975 subject to the amendments specified in Part II of that Schedule;
(c) from 1st December 1975 subject to the amendments specified in Part III of that Schedule;
(d) from 6th April 1978 subject to the amendments specified in Part IV of that Schedule.
