  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Police Cadets (Pensions) Regulations 1973 with effect from 1st January 1982 (retrospection is authorised by sections 12 and 15 of the Superannuation Act 1972). Under Regulation 4(1) of the 1973 Regulations the Regulations are to have effect only in the case of a cadet who has attained the age of 18 years. This limitation is now removed.",
