In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 35 of the Police Act 1964^f1, as extended by section 13 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1967^f2 and sections 12 and 15 of the Superannuation Act 1972^f3, and after consulting the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom in accordance with section 2(3) of the Police Negotiating Board Act 1980^f4, I hereby make the following Regulations:
