Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and effect

These Regulations may be cited as the Police Cadets (Pensions) Regulations 1973.

These Regulations shall come into operation on 1st April 1973 and shall have effect as from 1st April 1972 except that for the purposes of Regulation 2(2) they shall have effect as from 1st December 1972.
