  "text": "(1) This Regulation shall apply to the calculation of payments by way of pay under Regulation 13 and by way of charges for board and lodging under Regulation 14.\n(2) A month's payment shall be calculated at a monthly rate determined by dividing by 12 the annual rate.\n(3) A week's payment shall be calculated at a weekly rate determined by dividing by 52⅙ the annual rate.\n(4) A day's payment shall be calculated at a daily rate determined by dividing by 7 the weekly rate, determined as aforesaid.\n(5) In making any such payment as is referred to in paragraph (1) a fraction of a penny shall be treated as a whole penny except that a fraction less than a half-penny shall be ignored.",
