Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Police Cadets (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 17th December 1997 but shall have effect–
(a)
for the purposes of regulation 2, as from 1st September 1995;
(b)
for the purposes of regulation 3, as from 1st September 1996; and
(c)
for the purposes of regulation 4, as from 1st September 1997.
(2)
In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Police Cadets (Scotland) Regulations 1968f1.
