# The Police (Complaints and Misconduct) (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Complaints and Misconduct) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st December 2008.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 2004 Regulations” means the Police (Complaints and Misconduct) Regulations 2004.
