# The Police (Complaints) (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 7: Amendments to the 1985 Regulations


(1) Regulation 10 of the 1985 Regulations shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) for the words “87(1)(a)(i) of the Act of 1984” there shall be substituted “70(1)(a)(i) of the 1996 Act”.
(3) In paragraph (2) for the words “87(2) of the Act of 1984” there shall be substituted “70(2) of the 1996 Act”.
