# The Police (Conduct) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 5: Amendments to the 1999 Regulations


(1) Regulation 17 of the 1999 Regulations is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(b) for the words “regulation 16” there shall be substituted “regulation 15A or 16”.
