Regulation 20 Documents to be supplied to officers conducting the hearing

There shall be supplied to the officers conducting the hearing—

(a)

a copy of the notice given under regulation 13; and

(b)

where a summary of facts has been prepared under regulation 19, a copy of that summary and of any response from the member concerned.
