Regulation 22 Documents to be supplied to tribunal or to persons conducting the hearing

There shall be supplied to tribunal or, as the case may be, to the persons conducting the hearing—

(a)

a copy of the notice given under regulation 14; and

(b)

a copy of any summary of facts prepared under regulation 21, and of any response from the officer concerned.
