# The Police (Conduct) Regulations 2004, Regulation 41: Conduct of the review


(1) The reviewing officer shall hold a meeting with the officer concerned if requested to do so.
(2) Where a meeting is held the officer concerned may be accompanied by another police officer and, in a case where regulation 17 applies, by counsel or a solicitor.
