# The Police (Conduct) Regulations 2004, Paragraph 13


In regulation 30 (attendance of others at hearing)—
(a) paragraphs (4) to (6) shall be omitted;
(b) for “presiding officer” there shall be substituted “officer conducting the hearing”; and
(c) in paragraph (7) the words “Subject as aforesaid” shall be omitted.
