In regulation 18 (procedure on receipt)—

(a)

in paragraph (1), for the words from “on which he is notified” to the end there shall be substituted the words

  • “on which he receives the documents referred to in regulation 14—

    1. (a)

      whether or not he accepts that his conduct did not meet the appropriate standard; and

    2. (b)

      whether he wishes to be legally represented at the hearing”; and

(b)

paragraphs (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
