# The Police (Conduct) Regulations 2008, Regulation 37: Record of misconduct proceedings


(1) A record of the misconduct proceedings shall be taken and in the case of a misconduct hearing that record shall be verbatim.
(2) The officer concerned shall, on request, be supplied with a copy of the record of the proceedings at the misconduct proceedings.
