  "text": "(1) The Special Constables Regulations 1965 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3(1) (retirement), omit “: Provided that a special constable may not, without the consent of the chief constable, give notice for the purposes of this Regulation, or retire in pursuance of a notice previously given, while suspended under these Regulations”.",
