# The Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 22: Modification to regulation 31 (procedure on receipt of notice)

Regulation 31 is to be read as if—
(a) in paragraph (1)(b), “conducting or” were omitted;
(b) in paragraph (2)(a), (b) and (c), “misconduct or” and “, as the case may be” were omitted;
(c) in paragraph (2)(c)(ii), “person or” were omitted.
