# The Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 27: Modification to regulation 37 (attendance of officer concerned at misconduct proceedings)

Regulation 37 is to be read as if—
(a) in paragraph (2), in both places where the words appear, “conducting or” were omitted;
(b) in paragraph (3)(a)(ii), “in the case of a misconduct hearing,” were omitted.
