# The Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 36B: Modification to regulation 52 (notice of accelerated misconduct hearing)


Regulation 52 is to be read as if, in paragraph (1), in the opening words, after “regulation 51(1)” there were inserted “or (1A)”.
