in paragraph (1) for “If” substitute “If, in the case of an inefficiency hearing other than one in respect of which the member concerned has been sent a notice stating the reasons why his attendance is considered unsatisfactory,”;

in paragraphs (2) to (4) after “performance”, in each place where it appears, insert “or attendance”.
