  "text": "These Regulations amend the Police Federation Regulations 1969. The main changes are described below.\nRegulations 4 and 6 provide that police forces with an establishment of 200 women officers or more shall have increased representation at women's regional conferences.\nRegulation 5 replaces the provision of the 1969 Regulations authorising each Central Committee of the Police Federation for England and Wales to hold an annual meeting with the corresponding committee of the Scottish Police Federation by provision authorising the Joint Central Committee for England and Wales to hold such a meeting with both the Scottish Joint Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Police Federation for Northern Ireland.",
