  "text": "POLICE\nMade 17th June 1987\nLaid before Parliament 25th June 1987\nComing into force 1st August 1987\nIn exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 44 of the Police Act 1964, and after consultation with the three Central Committees of the Police Federation for England and Wales sitting together as a Joint Committee, I hereby make the following Regulations:—",
