  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Grant and Variation (Scotland) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st April 2012, but article 5 has effect from 1st April 2010.\n(2) In this Order—\n“authority” means a police authority (not being a constituent authority) or a joint police board;\n“financial year 2012-2013” means the period of 12 months commencing on 1st April 2012; and\n“police grant” means the grant made under section 32(1) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967.",
