# The Police Grant and Variation (Scotland) Order 2012, Introduction: Introductory text

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) and (5) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
