Laid before Parliament 24th November 1995
Coming into force 20th December 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 32(1) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
