Article 7 Revocations and savings

Subject to paragraph (2) below, the Orders specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby revoked.

Notwithstanding the revocation of the Orders specified in Schedule 2 to this Order, the provisions of the Police Grant (Scotland) Order 1947^f1 in force immediately before 1st April 1996 shall continue to apply in relation to any sums payable under section 32(1) of the Act and that Order in respect of the financial year ending on 31st March 1996.
