Article 7 Revocation and savings

Subject to paragraph (2) below, the Police Grant (Scotland) Order 1996^f1 is hereby revoked.

Notwithstanding paragraph (1) above, the Police Grant (Scotland) Order 1996 shall continue to apply in relation to any sums payable under section 32(1) of the Act and that Order in respect of the financial year ending on 31st March 1996.
