# The Police Grant (Scotland) Order 2000, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 16th March 2000
Coming into force 1st April 2000
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 32(3) and (5) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
