  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Grant (Scotland) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.\n(2) In this Order–\n“authority” means a police authority (not being a constituent authority) or a joint police board;\n“financial year 2002-2003” means the period of 12 months commencing on 1st April 2002; and\n“police grant” means the grant made under section 32(1) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967.",
