  "text": "POLICE\nMade 11th March 2003\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 11th March 2003\nComing into force 1st April 2003\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) and (5) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:",
