# The Police Grant (Scotland) Order 2003, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st April 2003
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) and (5) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
