# The Police Grant (Scotland) Order 2004, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 11th March 2004
Coming into force 1st April 2004
The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 32(3) and (5) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
