# The Police Grant (Scotland) Order 2006, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 2nd March 2006
Coming into force 1st April 2006
The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) and (5) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
