# The Police Grant (Scotland) Order 2009, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 3rd March 2009
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 4th March 2009
Coming into force 1st April 2009
The Scottish Ministers, make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) and (5) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
