  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Grant (Variation) (Scotland) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 9th March 2006 but–\n(a) article 2 shall have effect from 1st April 1997;\n(b) article 3 shall have effect from 1st April 1998;\n(c) article 4 shall have effect from 1st April 1999;\n(d) article 5 shall have effect from 1st April 2000;\n(e) article 6 shall have effect from 1st April 2001;\n(f) article 7 shall have effect from 1st April 2002;\n(g) article 8 shall have effect from 1st April 2003;\n(h) article 9 shall have effect from 1st April 2004; and\n(i) article 10 shall have effect from 1st April 2005.",
