# The Police Grant (Variation) (Scotland) Order 2006, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Grant (Variation) (Scotland) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 9th March 2006 but–
(a) article 2 shall have effect from 1st April 1997;
(b) article 3 shall have effect from 1st April 1998;
(c) article 4 shall have effect from 1st April 1999;
(d) article 5 shall have effect from 1st April 2000;
(e) article 6 shall have effect from 1st April 2001;
(f) article 7 shall have effect from 1st April 2002;
(g) article 8 shall have effect from 1st April 2003;
(h) article 9 shall have effect from 1st April 2004; and
(i) article 10 shall have effect from 1st April 2005.
