# The Police Grant (Variation) (Scotland) Order 2008, Introduction: Introductory text


This Scottish Statutory Instrument has been printed in substitution of the S.S.I. of the same number and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that instrument.

Coming into force 7th March 2008
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
