The Police Grant (Scotland) Order 2008 is varied as follows–
(a) in article 2 (aggregate amounts of grants for financial year 2008–2009), for “£566,628,000” substitute “£551,253,226”; and
(b) in article 3 (amount of grant to an authority for financial year 2008–2009), for the table contained therein, substitute the following table–
