  "heading": "Causing disaffection.",
  "text": "(1) Any person who—\n(a) causes, or does any act calculated to cause, disaffection among the members of the police force; or\n(b) induces, or does any act calculated to induce, any member of the police force to withhold his services,\nshall be guilty of an offence.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or to both;\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to a fine, or to both.",
