# Police (Northern Ireland) Order 1987, Article 3: Establishment of Commission


(1) There shall be established a body to be known as the Independent Commission for Police Complaints for Northern Ireland.
(2) Schedule 1 shall have effect in relation to the Commission.
(3) The Police Complaints Board for Northern Ireland is hereby abolished.
