  "long_title": "These Regulations make provision for the establishment and maintenance of a police pension fund by police authorities for the purposes of the Regulations mentioned in regulation 3(6). Sums paid or repaid to a police authority for the purposes of those Regulations shall be receivable into the police pension fund. Sums paid or repaid by a police authority for the purposes of those Regulations shall be payable out of the police pension fund. Without prejudice to this general provision, regulation 4 sets out particular amounts which shall be receivable into or payable out of the police pension fund.",
