# The Police Pension Fund Regulations 2007, Paragraph 2


In regulation 86 (alterations in police areas)—
(a) after “police authority” (in both places) insert “, police pension fund”; and
(b) for “and fund” (in each place) substitute “pension fund and police fund”.
