# Police Pensions Act 1976, Paragraph 4


In section 2 of the Police Pensions Act 1961—
(a) in subsection (1), the words from “and this” to the end shall be omitted; and
(b) in subsection (2), the words from the beginning to “in Northern Ireland” shall be omitted.
