# Police Pensions Act 1976, Paragraph 6

Extent: E+W+S

In the Police (Scotland) Act 1967—
(a) for the words “Police Pensions Act 1948”in section 38(1); and
(b) for those words in both places where they occur in subsection (4) of section 23 (as substituted by section 146(8) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973) ; there shall be substituted the words “Police Pensions Act 1976”.
