Section 14 Short title and extent.

This Act may be cited as the Police Pensions Act 1976.

This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland; but this subsection shall not be construed as preventing any regulations such as are referred to in section 4 above from requiring payments to be made to a person or into a fund in Northern Ireland.
