  "text": "POLICE, ENGLAND AND WALES\nPENSIONS, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 22nd October 2003\nLaid before Parliament 24th October 2003\nComing into force 15th November 2003\nThe Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1 to 7 of the Police Pensions Act 1976, and after taking into consideration the recommendations of the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom and supplying that Board with a draft of these Regulations in accordance with section 62(1) of the Police Act 1996, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
