Regulation 2 Amendments to the Police Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1991

(1)

Regulation 17 of the Police Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1991^f1 shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)(a) for the words “within the meaning of the Police Act 1964” there shall be substituted “maintained under section 2 of the Police Act 1996, the metropolitan police force, the City of London police, the Director General of the National Crime Squad, the Director General of the National Criminal Intelligence Service, a police member of the National Crime Squad appointed under section 55(1)(b) of the Police Act 1997^f2 or a police member of the National Criminal Intelligence Service appointed under section 9(1)(b) of the Police Act 1997^f3”.
