Regulation 4 Removal of restrictions on rejoining

In regulation G4—

(a)

in paragraph (5) there shall be inserted at the beginning the words “Subject to paragraph (6),”; and

(b)

the following paragraph shall be inserted after paragraph (5):

“(6)

The age restriction in paragraph (5) and the provisos to that paragraph shall not apply to a regular policeman to whom regulation F11 applies.”.
